Error code 10: Faulty communication between the control board and display
Action: Check the cable connector. The most common reason why error code 10 occurs is because the communication cable between the motherboard and display is loose.
Error code 11: Wrong phase current A
Action: Check motherboard phase A (blue). Error code 11 is most often caused by moisture getting in and causing corrosion.
Error code 12: Wrong phase current B
Action: Check motherboard phase B (brown/black). Error code 12 is most often caused by moisture getting in and causing corrosion.
Error code 13: Wrong phase current C
Action: Check motherboard phase C (yellow). Error code 13 is most often caused by moisture getting in and causing corrosion.
Error code 14: Faulty throttle control
Action: Check the throttle, display and the cable between these. The throttle has two magnetic poles that are fragile. If the scooter falls to the ground, these poles easily fall apart.
Error code 15: Incorrect brake handling
Action: Check the brake control, the display unit and the cable between them. The handbrake has two magnetic poles that react to response and are fragile. If the scooter falls on the ground, these poles easily fall apart, or if the scooter has been exposed to water and rain which has caused corrosion.
Error code 16: Incorrect MOS battery charge
Action: Check motherboard.
Error code 17: Incorrect MOS battery charging of external battery
Action: Check motherboard.
Error code 18: Incorrect propulsion electric motor
Action: Check the motherboard, electric motor and the electrical contacts between these.
Error code 19: Incorrect battery voltage
Action: Check the battery, motherboard and the electrical contacts between these.
Error code 20: Incorrect external battery voltage
Action: Check the battery, motherboard and the electrical contacts between these.
Error code 21: Incorrect battery communication
Action: Check the battery, motherboard and the connection between them.
Error code 22: Faulty battery code
Action: Change battery.

Action: Change battery.

Action: Replace motherboard.

Action: Replace motherboard.
Error Code 35: Invalid device serial number
Solution: Identify the motherboard with the scooter’s serial number (Essential/1S/Pro2 can use the Xiaoflasher app to pair serial numbers).
Error code 39: Incorrect temperature from the battery sensor
Action: Replace battery or repair BMS.
Error code 40: Incorrect temperature from motherboard
Action: Check motherboard.
Error code 41: Incorrect temperature of the external battery
Action: Replace external battery.
Error code 42: Failed communication with external battery
Action: Check external battery, motherboard and connectors.
Error code 43: External battery error code
Action: Check external battery.
