When you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, contact us immediately via e-mail to hello@curiousjoe.se.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment are made in EURO or SEK. All prices includes VAT. Customers within EU countries have to pay VAT. For Customers outside EU, VAT will be deducted at the checkout

Companies within the EU

Business customers in the EU need to contact us to make an order and will then get an invoice. With a valid EU VAT number you will not be charged VAT.

Credit card

Curious Joe handles secure card payments in collaboration with Stripe & Paypal. You can pay with your VISA, Mastercard or American Express via Stripe or via Paypal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay by VISA, Mastercard or American Express.

Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through Paypal or Stripe to your bank.

If you return an item it will be credited back into your bank or credit card account.

Please note that any fees related to importing goods from EU, like taxes and customs are on the buyers responsibility.

Within EU there are no fees related to taxes or customs.


If you have a PayPal account you can login and pay with that as well.

Delivery & dispatch

Your order will ship within 24 hours during business days. Custom made products ships within the agreed time frame.
All items shown with “in stock” status are in stock in our warehouse for immediate delivery. In case of delay you will be contacted by our customer service and you have the right to cancel you order without any charges and cost.

The delivery time is depending on where you live. With standard shipping you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 days for Sweden, 3-8 days within the EU, depending on country. For orders outside EU, delivery is about 4-12 business days.

Returning unwanted goods – EU Consumers only

In EU you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This do not apply to custom made goods. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire your order. To use the right to cancel, you must inform us via hello@curiousjoe.se of your decision to cancel your order. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. You need to provide us with: Your intent, Order number, Product, Date of order, Date received, Your name and address.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel a order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Custom made products, which has been tailor-made for you is excluded from the right of cancelation.

Return of goods

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return cost

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging

Uncollected shipment

If you as a customer should not collect your order in the manner agreed, we will charge a fee. This fee is deducted from your refund, but never higher than the cost of your order. The fee is necessary for us to be able to cover the shipping and handling costs that arise. Note that if you do not receive or pick up a shipment, it does not count as if you have announced that you have regretted your purchase.

Custom made products

Custom made products, which has been tailor-made for you is excluded from the right of cancelation.

Inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove images or text that is illegal, offensive, indecent, racist or religiously offensive.


We print what you transfer and have no influence or responsibility for the content of the final product. You declare that you hold all rights regarding the use, publication and transmission of transmitted data, especially with regard to text and images. You are solely responsible for the product not infringing on anyone else’s intellectual property rights and that the content of the printed matter does not violate applicable Swedish law. You disclaim Curious Joe AB without reservation from any claims that others may make against us in connection with infringement of third party rights, especially copyright, which arises through the use of data transferred from you, meaning that you will ensure that Curious Joe AB do not have to meet such requirements.

Warranty and complaints

We check all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.

You have 6 month warranty on all products Made by Curious Joe. On products from other brands you have 6 month warranty. Note that this does not apply to what is considered as normal wear.

The warranty means that we will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period if it´s not damaged by handling errors.

When it comes to handling errors or incorrectly set products we will charge you the service cost. This applies even in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage himself. The product warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance, such as refurbishment, upgrade or other modifications of the product without written consent from Curious Joe.

If you have a warranty issue you wish to make a complaint. Please contact us and we will get back with information on how we will solve this.

You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

Complaints do not apply to:

Cases where custom-made products with your own material and images (often with poor resolution) can clearly show the lack of quality of the final product.

Own design of the product where negligence in the design of color, shape and text (eg spelling errors) means that the final product does not meet the desired result.

Personal information

When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.

We reserve the right to communicate with you regarding marketing purposes in our e-mail newsletter if you have agreed to this during registration. If you don’t want to receive more from us you can always unsubscribe.

Curious Joe will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.

Force majeure

A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
