Returning unwanted goods – EU Consumers only

In EU you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This do not apply to custom made goods. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire your order. To use the right to cancel, you must inform us via hello@curiousjoe.se of your decision to cancel your order. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. You need to provide us with: Your intent, Order number, Product, Date of order, Date received, Your name and address.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel a order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Custom made products, which has been tailor-made for you is excluded from the right of cancelation.

Return of goods

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return cost

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging

Uncollected shipment

If you as a customer should not collect your order in the manner agreed, we will charge a fee of a maximum of € 50 including VAT. This fee is deducted from your refund, but never higher than the cost of your order. The fee is necessary for us to be able to cover the shipping and handling costs that arise. Note that if you do not receive or pick up a shipment, it does not count as if you have announced that you have regretted your purchase.
